Cologne / Germany, 2 June 2025Tomorrow, Tuesday, ANGA COM 2025 will kick off its 25th anniversary at the Cologne fairgrounds in absolute top form. Europe’s leading Exhibition and Conference for Broadband, Television & Online will once again be the international meeting place for the broadband and audiovisual media industry until Thursday.

Over 500 exhibitors from 42 countries will be present in the exhibition halls on more than 25,000 square meters of gross exhibition space (exhibitor list | floor plans). The conference programme offers over 60 panels with more than 250 speakers. Around half of all speaker slots will be held in English  (programme | speaker list).

Dr. Peter Charissé, CEO ANGA COM: “More than 500 exhibitors, a first-class and international conference programme as well as an even better quality of arrival and stay: everything is in place to offer our industry a perfect marketplace. For the 25th anniversary in Cologne, I am particularly looking forward to the keynote speech by Hendrik Wüst, Premier of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.”

  • Highlights of the strategy programme include the keynote speech by Hendrik Wüst, Premier of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (3 June, 10.00 CET), the Gigabit Summit “What needs to change in Germany after the election?” (3 June, 10.30 CET), an exclusive interview with Dr. Katrin Vernau, new Director General of WDR (3 June, 12.30 CET), the Media Summit “Content, Streaming, Transformation” (3 June, 13.00 CET) and the Fiber Summit (4 June, 10.00 CET).
  • The programme section “Technology & Practice” addresses fiber optics, in-house networks, open access, resilience, HFC networks, quality of service, civil engineering, connectivity, streaming, video discovery, ad insertion, CDN, IP video, monitoring, monetization, data protection, artificial intelligence and sustainability.
  • The international programme on the Innovation Stage in hall 7 has been expanded once again compared to last year and is free to all exhibition visitors. 70 industry experts will be speaking here, around 45 of them in English. The future topics of connectivity, media distribution and AI will be addressed in particular  (Innovation Stage).
  • On Thursday, 5 June 2025, attendance at ANGA COM, including the entire conference programme in the Congress Center North, is completely free of charge. On this day alone, there will be 15 conference panels on the topics of in-house networks, municipalities, housing industry, civil engineering, digitalization and TV platforms.

This year, ANGA COM offers even more networking and meeting opportunities including an open-air plaza with food trucks, a business center as well as numerous side events and stand parties by exhibitors (events).

The ANGA COM event app is available for the optimal exhibition and conference preparation. Functions include the exhibitor and product list, the interactive floor plan, the extensive conference programme as well as a networking tool. Extensive search and sorting functions are particularly practical, e.g. by exhibitor or product, as well as the programme by topic or day. The app can also be used offline; it is available free of charge and without registration for iOS and Android.

One particularly important element for visitor comfort is the optimization of the parking situation. Not only will the number of parking spaces be increased compared to the previous year, but entry and exit will also be massively accelerated thanks to a completely new access and payment system. In close cooperation with Koelnmesse, we are thus taking special account of the wishes of many visitors and the steady increase in visitor numbers.

Another new service is the banner generator. With just a few clicks and the upload of a portrait photo, all participants can create a personal social media banner for LinkedIn and the like.

Registration for conference and exhibition visitors is possible online (there will be no ticket sales on-site). Tickets for the exhibition are available for 25.- Euros, participation in the regular conference programme is possible from 140.- Euros. Due to the great success of the conference ticket for young professionals (persons under 30 years), this ticket category can again be booked for ANGA COM 2025 for only 40.- Euros. On the third day, Thursday, 5 June 2025, participation in the exhibition and conference programme is completely free of charge.

Further information on ANGA COM as well as numerous statements of leading representatives from the fiber optics, broadband and media industry can be found in the fact sheet. For a comprehensive review, videos and photos are available on the website. An overview of the most important information can be found in the new visitor guide.
