Exhibitor Profile (Website and App); Self-Service Online Portal

After admission, all exhibitors will receive an individual link by e-mail to add their company details to the exhibitor and product list in our new online portal. The data can be updated independently at any time. The e-mail will be sent by our partner "eyeled" (cms@eyeled-services.de).

Exhibitor Events Promotion

We will be happy to publish dates of your events (e.g.: press conferences, receptions or booth parties) during ANGA COM on our website. You can also register your event in the self-service online portal of our partner eyeled. Here, after your log-in, you can switch to the "Events" section via the three dashes at the top left and register your event by 9 May 2024. This service is free of charge for exhibitors.

Visitor Vouchers: Free invitation to your customers and business partners

• For 2024, we are extending the special service offer from recent years: Every exhibitor will receive a voucher code free of charge to invite an unlimited number of guests. The invitation of guests remains therefore again completely free of charge for the exhibitor.
• The voucher code can only be redeemed in the ANGA COM online ticket shop. Your guests will receive a free season ticket “Exhibition” which entitles them to visit the exhibition on all three event days during the opening hours for visitors. This ticket is also valid for the conference programme on Thursday, 16 May.
• Please note: This voucher code is not used to register stand staff. Please use exhibitor passes for this purpose.

Exhibitor Passes

After payment of the stand invoice, the codes for online registration of exhibitor staff will be sent by e-mail.

The exhibitor will receive a limited number of free exhibitor passes for his stand personnel according to the size of the stand space.

• up to 12 sqm stand space three passes
• from 13 - 20 sqm four passes
• for every additional 10 sqm two passes
• Co-exhibitors will receive one pass each

Codes for booking additional exhibitor passes can be ordered at a price of EUR 17.00 plus VAT via info[at]angacom.de

STAND DRAWINGS

When designing your stand, please observe the regulations concerning stand walls facing aisles (paragraph 10 of the Exhibition Conditions). For stands of 50 sqm or bigger, please send your stand drawings until 28 March 2024 to info[at]angacom.de.

Evening Event: ANGA COM Night

Exhibitors can again purchase a limited number of tickets for the ANGA COM Night on 14 May 2024. Further information will be provided in April.

Delivery Address

For the delivery of shipments by mail or courier, it is important that the delivery is addressed according to the following example. Please always designate a contact person who can accept the delivery on site. The Koelnmesse mail department is not authorized to accept shipments addressed to exhibitors.
