The industry meets at ANGA COM – all the more since CEBIT no longer exists. I appreciate the top-class panels, which enable relevant exchange, contribute to the formation of opinion in the audience and give important impulses for progress on the most urgent topics of the industry.
ANGA COM has a fixed place in my calendar. Every year I look forward to exciting and informative days in Cologne: from the panel discussion to the exhibition stands to the meetings with customers, colleagues and competitors. Here you can "touch" digitalisation.
I appreciate the striking selection and combination of panelists and topics as well as professional moderators, all of them industry insiders and professionals who ensure interesting discussions. With a high media presence, ANGA COM is an excellent multiplier of news and industry knowledge.
At a top-class event like ANGA COM, it quickly becomes clear how our industry is ticking, which topics it deals with and how companies in this environment react to them – the controversial exchange is always inspiring.
The intelligent, digital networking of content and distribution is a major issue for us at ZDF. ANGA COM offers an intelligent network. In the classic sense: you meet people – makers, experts, entrepreneurs – and discuss the opportunities, risks and feasibility of new technologies.
ANGA COM, both as an exhibition and with its conference programme, offers an excellent forum for sustainable and future-oriented discussions between experts and managers from the fields of broadband, television, streaming and production.
With its extraordinarily broad and colourful conference programme, ANGA COM offers the ideal platform for an exciting, constructive exchange on competition, trends, innovation and the future of the telecommunications and media industry.
At ANGA COM, the topics that currently have the highest priority in the industry will be reliably discussed. The opportunity to exchange ideas with partners and competitors makes the event an annual must for the Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland.
The show was buzzing. Our booth was busy, we held productive meetings with customers and partners, and we also came away with some strong new business leads. It’s also worth highlighting that we found the expanded number of English-speaking conference sessions to be a very worthwhile addition. We will definitely be back next year.
What I find exciting about ANGA COM is that the event takes part in its own transformation and digitisation with playful ease and thus remains exciting and essential even under annually changing conditions – this distinguishes it from many other exhibitions and conferences.
For ANGA COM 2020, a new area focusing on Streaming and AppTV has been created in hall 8. Within our core areas of broadband and audio-visual media, we are thus further upgrading new TV themes.
The Streaming & AppTV Hub includes a new presentation area in the exhibition hall, the Innovation Stage. For this new conference format, applications for keynotes on innovative topics in the fields of Streaming, AppTV and OTT can be submitted until 15 January 2020.
